Infants & Toddlers Program

Wauwatosa Day Care & Learning Center Infant & Toddlers Program provides individualized care for infants and toddlers in a safe and nurturing environment. With daily routines and developmentally appropriate practices, our infants and toddlers are guided as they grow and achieve.

Wauwatosa Day Care teachers receive ongoing training in providing a warm, caring environment and meeting the needs of young children. Our teachers focus on four major areas of your child’s development – physical, social-emotional, cognitive, and language development. We prioritize working closely with parents to build a trusting, respectful partnership. Teachers listen to families to understand their goals and concerns for their child. We encourage parents to be involved in the Program by visiting throughout the day, coming in to read a story or help out at snack time.

For children who require cloth diapers, the diaper must have an absorbent inner lining completely contained within an outer covering made of waterproof material that prevents the escape of urine or feces. Both the diaper and outer covering will be changed as a unit.
